Mnemonic comic for 估

Gitta Giraffe (gu) is working as evaluator in front of the space station (Ø1). She has to evaluate a cloister (古) in which Rosa Luxemburg (亻) is meditating because some investors want to change it into a luxury hotel. Gitta knows that Rosa will not give up the cloister voluntarily and thus estimates (估) that it is not worth to try and evict the cloister.
