潘 = 氵 + 番 : Pinocchio (p) is growing tomatoes (番) in front of the anthill (an1). To make them grow even better he creates a pan flute (潘) out of water bottles (氵) to call Pan (潘) who uses his magic powers to make the tomatoes grow very quickly.
