伸 = 亻 + 申 : Sherlock Holmes (sh) is reading a yoga guide (申) to Rosa Luxemburg (亻) in front of the encampment ((e)n1) and tells her how she should stretch (伸). The only thing is that he doesn't understand a word and so Rosa stretches in really awkward ways.
