痴呆症

呆 = 口 + 木 : The fool (呆) wants to make fun of Don Quixote (d) in front of the airplane (ai1). To fool him, he set up a Christmas tree (木) to look like a huge animal by putting a mandarin (口) on top which looks like the head of the animal. Don Quixote thinks he met his arch enemy and starts to charge the construction, much to the fool's delight.

症 = 正 + 疒 : The stick figure (正) is visiting James II of England (zh) in the engine's bathroom ((e)ng4) to have him investigate his colorful rash (疒). Unfortunately James II of England has to tell him that he has cancer (症).
