叶 = 十 + 口 : Maud Younger (y) practised a trick shot all day in the elevator's bathroom (e4). She's now able to throw a leaf (叶) high in the air, then quickly throw a mandarin (口) and beat the mandarin with a cross (十) like a baseball with a bat so that the mandarin rips a hole right into the leaf.

叶 = 十 + 口 : You could see the cross 十 as the leaves 叶 of the mandarin 口.

卡 = 上 + 卜 : Protesting against capitalism in the ashram (a3), Karl Marx (k) attaches everyone's credit cards (卡) to balloons (上) to send them up (上) and away. He uses a voodoo staff (卜) to summon winds to carry the balloons away.

特 = 寺 + 牛 : Tecumseh (t) has a very special (特) mount: In contrast to the other Indians he rides a bull (牛). Moreover, the bull is so special (特) that it meditates in front of the Buddhist shrine (寺) in the elevator's bathroom (e4) together with Tecumseh.

娜 = 女 + 那 : Bessie Coleman (女) and Nelson Newt (nu) are duelling with laser swords (那) in the observatory's kitchen (o2). Their performance is very elegant (娜) and graceful (娜).

堡 = 保 + 土 : Beelzebub (b) created a new olace for his valuables. Inside of the aorta (ao3) he built a sand castle (堡). In the center of the castle (堡) there is a heap of clay (土) on which a safe (保) is resting.
