The advertising is talking a lot of nonsense and Tecumseh would just have to request it to step aside, but he ate too much and his itis is so strong that he can't even talk.

特 = 寺 + 牛 : Tecumseh (t) has a very special (特) mount: In contrast to the other Indians he rides a bull (牛). Moreover, the bull is so special (特) that it meditates in front of the Buddhist shrine (寺) in the elevator's bathroom (e4) together with Tecumseh.
