兀 = 一 + 儿 : Mnemonic symbol: A 胡兀尔, a kind of Chinese fiddle with four strings, more commonly known as 四胡.

兀 = 一 + 儿 : Sun Wukong is playing his 胡兀尔 in the space station's bathroom, but he's deliberatly playing very badly in order to annoy Willy Walrus. Willy Walrus is so annoyed that he threatens to cut off Sun Wukong's feet with a flute if he doesn't stop.

卉 = 十 + 廾 : Helga Horse (hu) opened a florist's shop (卉) in the Eiffel Tower's bathroom (ei4). To display the flowers she hangs them from a big cross (十) using handcuffs (廾).
