尸

层 = 云 + 尸 : The King of Chu (c) is enjoying a lasagna (千层面) in the engine's kitchen ((e)ng2) when suddenly a ghost (尸) surrounded by a dark cloud (云) appears and starts to haunt him. Terrified, the King of Chu drops the lasagna and runs away. The ghost reached its goal and starts devouring the lasagna himself.

属 = 尸 + 禹 : 暴龙属 is the genus Tyrannosaurus, and I'll use a T-Rex as mnemonic symbol.

The great Yu (禹) built a dyke to prevent Sheldon Shrimp (shu) from entering his side of the space station (Ø3), but then a T-Rex (属) ghost (尸) starts to haunt him until he tears down his dyke.

尉 = 尸 + 示 + 寸 : Willy Walrus (w) wants to join the navy and has to proof his skills to a lieutenant (尉) in the Eiffel Tower's bathroom (ei4). He is throwing a guideon (示) very skilfully. The lieutenant doesn't know that an invisible ghost (尸) is helping Willy by moving the guideon appropriately while it is in mid-air though.

卢 = ⺊ + 尸 : Mnemonic symbol: a ruby.

Lenny Lemur (lu) discovered that there is a ghost (尸) floating through the space station's kitchen (Ø2) every night. Lenny started to camp the ghost and shoot the pennant (⺊) at the top of its head with an arrow to sell the pennant shards for a lot of rubies (卢).
