Willy Walrus (w) wants to cook in the encampment's kitchen ((e)n2). The recipe book (文) is extremely greasy and Willy doesn't want it to touch anything, nor touch it. That's why he puts it into a beret (亠) so that it doesn't touch the floor, and uses pliers (乂) to turn the pages.

不 = 丆 + 卜 : Bruno Bear (bu) is setting up a wind wheel (丆) with a voodoo staff (卜) in the space station's bathroom (Ø4). He also puts a "forbidden" sign (mnemonic symbol for 不) on it, to make clear that it may not (不) be stopped.

对 = 又 + 寸 : Doggy Dog is preparing for a boxing battle in the bathroom of the Eiffel Tower. He wears his boxing gloves and thumbs up to himself, reassuring himself that he'll knock out his opponent easily.

题 = 是 + 页 : Mother Teresa (ti) is taking a first aid exam just inside the space station's entrance (Ø2). There's a skull (是) floating in front of her and on a sheet of paper (页) she has to describe the skull and answer the questions (题) about it.
