Mnemonic comic for 月

朝 = 十 + 早 + 月 : Mnemonic symbol: the pilgrim.

Charlie Chaplin was still sleeping on his moon when the pilgrim entered the aorta early in the morning. "Wake up!" The pilgrim screamed, letting his alarm clock ring, holding up the cross he brought all the way of his pilgrimage. "It is time for our audience with the emperor!"

胜 = 月 + 生 : Sherlock Holmes and the moon both participate in a competition in the engine's bathroom. They have to rock a cradle each and whoever rocks most is the winner.

胃 = 月 + 田 : Willy Walrus (w) set up a mooncake (月) field (田) in the Eiffel Tower's bathroom (ei4). This led to him eating way too much cake, and now his stomach (胃) hurts. To relief the pain he uses a hot water bottle (mnemonic symbol for 胃).

肚 = 土 + 月 : The moon (月) made tripe out of doggy dog (du) and now his belly (肚) hurts. He has to spend the rest of the day in the space station's bathroom (Ø4) pulling a heap of dirt (土) out of his belly.

胆 = 旦 + 月 : Don Quixote (d) suffers from a huge moon-shaped (月) gall stone (胆), so inside of the anthill (an3) he drinks medicine from a big mug (旦). His moon gall stone is so big, it has gall stones on its own and it is drinking medicine from a mug as well.

肤 = 夫 + 月 : In front of the space station (Ø1) the moon (月) has his skin (肤) renewed. A construction worker (夫) removes the old skin while Frieda Fox (fu) builds a new skin layer.

脾 = 卑 + 月 : Pocahontas (pi) had to go to the space station, but all space shuttles were broken so the only possibility was to lower the space station's orbit so that Pocahontas can jump in from the top of the Alpes (卑). Just inside the entrance (Ø2) she is terribly mad about first having to climb the Alpes and then having to make a big jump into the space station. As she is cursing without end and shaking off stones from the Alpes the moon (月), who didn't have to do all that because he was already in space, scolds her for her bad temper (脾).

肝 = 干 + 月 : When Guy Fawkes (g) inspects the moon (月) in front of the anthill (an1) he finds a few dried fruits (干) left behind by Luis Armstrong. By now they are fermented and contain a lot of alcohol. Guy Fawkes eats them happily but unfortunately soon after suffers from liver (肝) damage.

肿 = 中 + 月 : The moon (月) and Julian Giant Squid (zhu) are playing darts inside of the engine ((e)ng3). Right in his first turn Julian Giant Squid doesn't hit the dart board (中), but instead hits the moon's eye which starts swelling (肿) and develops into a tumor (肿).

腊 = 昔 + 月 : Sir Lancelot (l) tries to pass the frickin' cold 12th lunar month (腊) as fast as possible by luring the moon (月) with pieces of preserved meat (腊) in order to make him pass by as fast as possible. Unfortunately the moon just drinks his milk shake (昔) sitting on the toilet in the ashram's bathroom (a4) and doesn't pay the least attention to Sir Lancelot.

腊 = 昔 + 月 : Sir Lancelot (l) tries to pass the frickin' cold 12th lunar month (腊) as fast as possible by luring the moon (月) with pieces of preserved meat (腊) in order to make him pass by as fast as possible. Unfortunately the moon just drinks his milk shake (昔) sitting on the toilet in the ashram's bathroom (a4) and doesn't pay the least attention to Sir Lancelot.
