胰脏炎

脏 = 庄 + 月 : Zorro (z) and the moon (月) are mud wrestling in the farmstead's (庄) dung hill in front of the anglepod (ang1). Consequently they are very dirty (脏).

炎 = 火 : Mnemonic symbol: As I just learned "itis" is the feeling you get after eating too much.

Maud Younger (y) ate too much in the anthill's kitchen (an2). She's having the itis (炎) so hard that she doesn't even wake up from the fire (火) which is spreading fast.
